My Music
From the work written for Video Games and Animations to my own personal projects.
Smoke & Mirrors was a university game project coordinated by Jennifer, and my first real dive into writing multiple pieces for a game that requires different tones. Although I limited myself to write for a Quartet (The idea was that a “band” would be in the background, and allow the music to fit more organically), this was a great eye-opener into needing multiple tunes to show off different emtions, but still exist in the same space.
Titan is an ongoing project of mine, delving more into key aspects of music making I love, guitar and electronic. Largely inspired from bands like Celldweller and Pendulum.
Vel’s Theme was my proper transition into trying to write more orchestra orientated music, which wouid later be revised to fit into an animation. This project gave me a more hand’s on approach with talking with clients early in the process, allowing me to shape the music and sound design around them and vice versa.
Overdose was my initial attempt into making music for not only other people, but for a medium I was not farmilar with in design terms. This was the single project that launched me into the world of writing music for games and wouldn’t be where I want to be without it as my foundation.
